Black Image Center Photo Walks allow community members to get outside while practicing photography. Photo Walk locations include View Park, Kenneth Han, and Dockweiler Beach. Photo walks are also a great opportunity to try out a camera that you’re not that confident with yet, or borrow a camera from Black Image Center if you don’t have one!

For our Photo Walk at Kenneth Han, we partnered up with the Nature Nexus Institute. Participants embarked on a guided exploration of the park while learning about indigenous plants and animals. Participants were also equipped with binoculars. The program is accessible whether you're equipped with a film camera, digital camera, or simply using your phone, all are welcome to join in capturing the beauty of the walk along with historical tours of the locations chosen.
